Solution Details

A major bank in Colombia came to Syenap looking for efficient ways to provide a better experience for their patrons using their branches. To better understand the behavior patterns of the customers in the bank Syenap used the existing surveillance cameras and employed intuVision VA Retail analytics to count how many people enter every day, how many people use the ATMs and how are the queues in the teller lines.

Using the intuVision VA events - People Counting (entry and exit,, Queue Density alerts, and Dwell Time - in aggregated data mode; Syenap integrated the results into their dashboard via the intuVision Web API.
